Completed in 2022, Macana delivered the full internal fit-out of this three-storey office building located in Trent. The project was carried out with a strong focus on quality detailing, material finish, and seamless integration of architectural features throughout the interior spaces.
A key highlight of the scheme is the main entrance reception, which makes a strong visual statement through a 12-metre-high vertical oak feature wall. This element is complemented by a timber ceiling spanning 14 metres across the reception footprint, creating a warm, cohesive, and highly distinctive arrival space. Together, these features establish a striking first impression and define the character of the building.
Beyond the reception area, the project included the delivery of a variety of functional office and meeting spaces across all three floors. These spaces were designed and completed with a combination of glazed partitions, acoustic treatments, and carefully coordinated finishes to ensure both practicality and visual consistency throughout.
Additional works included the installation of bespoke kitchens and ancillary areas, as well as acoustic baffles designed to improve sound performance and comfort within open-plan environments. The overall result is a well-balanced workspace that combines architectural impact with functional efficiency, reflecting a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail from start to finish.
